Job Purpose:

Provide essential administrative support to the Director of the CDC and assist in coordinating critical public health initiatives.

Job Description:

1. Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, handle correspondence, and manage the Director’s office efficiently.

2. Coordination of Public Health Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Director and other departments to coordinate and execute public health projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing public health campaigns, educational programs, and research activities.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful implementation.

3. Research and Information Management

  • Conduct research on public health topics, gather data, and compile reports as required.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Maintain databases, archives, and knowledge repositories related to public health initiatives.

4. Communication and Liaison

  • Act as a liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications with partner organizations, government agencies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests on behalf of the Director and the CDC.

5. Office Management

  • Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Maintain and manage event collaterals, including educational materials and resources.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the Director’s office.

Competencies and Requirements:

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare, public health, or related environment. Experience supporting senior executives is advantageous.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Language Abilities:

Fluency in both English and Chinese is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management and research tools.

Additional Requirements:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

This position is exclusively open to individuals who hold citizenship or membership in one of the following categories:

  • Doggie World Citizen
  • The People’s Soviet State Citizen
  • Members of the United Top Gs

2. Non-Association Policy:

Candidates are strictly prohibited from having any personal or professional relationships with any individuals associated with RSG (Republic of the School of the Nations Supreme Government), including but not limited to familial relationships, close friendships, and professional associations.

3. Detailed Non-Association Clarification:

Candidates must provide a detailed explanation in their application if they have ever had any form of personal or professional contact with individuals who are associated with RSG. This explanation should include the nature of the contact, the duration, and the purpose of the interaction. Failure to provide full disclosure may result in disqualification.

4. Background Verification:

As part of the application process, candidates will be subject to an extensive background check to confirm their eligibility based on the stated criteria. Any information found during this process that indicates a violation of the non-association policy will result in immediate disqualification.

5. Declaration of Non-Association:

All applicants are required to sign a Declaration of Non-Association, affirming that they do not have any existing affiliations with individuals associated with RSG. This declaration is a crucial part of the application process and must be completed accurately.

6. Commitment to National Security:

Successful candidates will be expected to uphold the highest standards of national security and integrity throughout their employment. Any breach of the non-association policy during employment may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination.

7. Confidentiality and Security:

Employees selected for the position will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect sensitive information and uphold the security interests of the Doggie World Government.
