Job Title:
Director, The Doggie World Government National Intelligence Agency (NIA)
Job Purpose:
Lead and oversee all intelligence operations, ensuring national security and effective intelligence gathering and analysis.
Job Description:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for the NIA.
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinate units for effective intelligence operations.
- Lead the agency in adapting to emerging threats and evolving geopolitical dynamics.
2. Intelligence Operations
- Supervise and direct all intelligence activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and ethical conduct within the agency.
- Oversee sensitive intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination.
3. Resource Management
- Efficiently allocate budgetary and human resources to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure the agency’s infrastructure and technology are state-of-the-art.
- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising effectiveness.
4. Collaboration and Partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international intelligence counterparts.
- Collaborate with other national security agencies and law enforcement entities.
- Promote information sharing and cooperation in addressing global security challenges.
5. Security and Oversight
- Ensure the highest levels of security for classified information and operations.
- Provide transparency and accountability through rigorous oversight mechanisms.
- Uphold legal and ethical standards in intelligence collection and analysis.
Competencies and Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of senior-level experience in intelligence, law enforcement, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership and success in managing complex intelligence operations.
Education:
A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as National Security, International Relations, or Intelligence Studies, is required. Additional advanced training or certifications in intelligence are highly desirable.
Language Abilities:
Fluency in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in advanced data analysis and Microsoft software tools is essential.
Security Clearance:
Eligibility for the highest-level security clearance is a strict requirement.
Personal Attributes:

- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

Additional Requirements:
1. Eligibility Criteria:
This position is exclusively open to individuals who hold citizenship or membership in one of the following categories:
- Doggie World Citizen
- The People’s Soviet State Citizen
- Members of the United Top Gs
2. Non-Association Policy:
Candidates are strictly prohibited from having any personal or professional relationships with any individuals associated with RSG (Republic of the School of the Nations Supreme Government), including but not limited to familial relationships, close friendships, and professional associations.
3. Detailed Non-Association Clarification:
Candidates must provide a detailed explanation in their application if they have ever had any form of personal or professional contact with individuals who are associated with RSG. This explanation should include the nature of the contact, the duration, and the purpose of the interaction. Failure to provide full disclosure may result in disqualification.
4. Background Verification:
As part of the application process, candidates will be subject to an extensive background check to confirm their eligibility based on the stated criteria. Any information found during this process that indicates a violation of the non-association policy will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Declaration of Non-Association:
All applicants are required to sign a Declaration of Non-Association, affirming that they do not have any existing affiliations with individuals associated with RSG. This declaration is a crucial part of the application process and must be completed accurately.
6. Commitment to National Security:
Successful candidates will be expected to uphold the highest standards of national security and integrity throughout their employment. Any breach of the non-association policy during employment may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination.
7. Confidentiality and Security:
Employees selected for the position will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect sensitive information and uphold the security interests of the Doggie World Government.
